Insight Global is seeking a mid-level seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in financial reporting, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and cost analysis in Fort Walton Beach, FL!
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Deltek Cobra and advanced Excel skills, and will play a critical role in supporting program cost control, performance tracking, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver recurring financial reports to support internal leadership and customer requirements.
- Support EVMS implementation and execution, including setup, baseline maintenance, variance analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Maintain and update Deltek Cobra cost models, ensuring alignment with program budgets and schedules.
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, including actuals vs. budget comparisons, forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Provide input for Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, proposal pricing, and cost justifications.
- Partner with Program Managers, Finance, and Contracts to ensure compliance with DoD/USAF reporting standards.
- Develop and maintain Excel models (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to streamline reporting and analysis.
- Support audits, data calls, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in defense/aerospace contracting environment.
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting compliance.
- Active security clearance
