As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the university's compensation programs to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the external market. Previous executive compensation experience and TCC is required. We are looking for someone who relishes making spreadsheets/forecasting compensation/creating pivot tables and has experience with high level data analysis to make recommendations, reports, and decks. We are looking for a compensation professional that will help create decks for positions and create work/data that will feed up into executives, You will help with year-end processes, bonus cycles, analysis of job structure/categories, and conducting research to provide insight & information to similar organizations to the board of trustees. Operating as an internal consultant, you will provide expertise and guidance to university partners to help them achieve their business goals.
