An employer in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a permanent direct-hire Project Manager to join their growing team for a 100% on-site role. This salary budgeted for this position begins at 90K annually. We are looking for a seasoned PM for the Fort Myers area who has experience with the full life cycle of projects, from estimating until completion. Ranges of this companies project vary from 100K-15 million, specifically within the commercial sector. This is a small-medium sized company with room to grow and advance within. Required Skills & Experience
• 4-year degree in construction management or similar (HIGHLY PREFFERED)
• 3+ years of full-cycle estimation-project management experience
• Commercial build experience (not residential*)
• MS Project (scheduling tool)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Connections to subcontractors in the Fort Myers area
• Procore exp
• Civil exposure (ground up builds)
