The Assistant Director, IT Client Services provides operational leadership in the management of the IT Client Services subdivisions which includes the University Help Desk, End User Services, AV Events and AV Classroom and Design.
Pay will vary based on experience: $65-80/hour max.
3 month contract with extensions

Masters Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Two years of customer service experience in an educational environment.
Experience with work order tracking systems, IT Service Management, and reporting of business KPIs.
Foundational knowledge of ITIL practices
Higher education or public sector experience
