We're searching for a creative and passionate Social Impact Communications Specialist to craft strategic communications that elevate our organization's positive influence. You'll develop engaging content across platforms, showcase our impact through storytelling, and manage our social media presence. This role requires skills in video editing, design, and staying informed on social impact trends -- all to drive awareness, inspire action, and achieve our impact goals. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $30-36/hr

2+ years of experience in social impact communications, content creation, or a relevant field.
Proven experience with video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
A passion for social impact and a strong understanding of our organization's mission and focus area(s).
Experience developing and maintaining communication standards
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of communications efforts.
Experience working in the non-profit or social impact sector.
Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Knowledge of sustainability best practices and communication strategies.
