Our client is looking to add a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to our development team focused on our Retail Performance platform and Consumer Liquidity solutions. This includes products such as our Invitation Checking System, Account Revenue Solution, My Rewards Premium Cards, Regulation E Management, and Account Acquisition solutions. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst plays a key role as a contributing member of the development team following classic Scrum tenants. Under minimal supervision, this person will be responsible for the creation and execution of test scripts supporting the development efforts across our products. This position will also provide support to customer service as well as participate with the scrum team in design and functionality discussions. In addition, this position may assist Test Automation Engineers with their automation efforts.
Develop and execute Unit, System, Functional, Regression, and Validation testing harnesses and test cases as needed.
Participate in requirements analysis and definition.
Work with a cross-functional globally distributed team including analysts, PMs, and business stakeholders in business value driven projects.
Participate in requirements analysis and definition.
Work with third-party outside consultants and experts to accomplish specific projects and tasks.
Diagnose and resolve complex application software problems and their related interfaces.
Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client and internal needs.
May create complex test case scenarios to be used in testing.
Participate in the testing of business applications to verify that all requirements are incorporated into the system design.
Participate in all Scrum meetings and be able to demonstrate new functionality in Sprint Demos.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

5+ years of experience of technical experience, preferably in a QA role.
5+ years of experience working with a cross-functional agile team including UI/UX designers.
5+ years of experience in automated testing with Selenium
Strong technical skills including solid understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
Strong understanding of functional programming concepts.
Strong communication skills, focus to detail and strong organizational skills.
Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related job description
