Job Description
Our healthcare system is currently seeking an experienced Epic HB/PB Manager to lead and support Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, including claims processing, remittance management, reimbursement, billing work queues, and revenue cycle optimization. This role will oversee day-to-day HB/PB operations, support system enhancements, and collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve billing performance and financial outcomes. Experience managing Epic HB/PB teams in a healthcare environment is required. Epic HB and/or PB certification and prior leadership experience are preferred.
