Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Repair Technician responsible for repairing PODS containers across multiple generations. This role involves various tasks including disassembly, assembly, painting, and assessing containers for necessary repairs. The position requires adherence to quality standards and safety policies, including OSHA regulations. Additionally, the role involves moving materials using hand carts and pallet jacks, pressure washing containers, and maintaining shop cleanliness. The technician must be comfortable working in the heat and warehouse environment and will work a scheduled shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST, five days onsite. Candidates must be local to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Measure accurately using a tape measure.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Paint containers using a roller.
Apply container signs and decals securely.
Assess containers to identify necessary repairs.
Move materials using hand carts and pallet jacks.
Pressure wash containers.
Perform light welding (preferred but not required).
Conduct simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment (preferred but not required).
Maintain shop cleanliness.
Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience in light welding.
Ability to perform simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment.
