Working within the Technical Support Center with our client in Fort Lauderdale you will be joining a team that supports the approximately 6,000 internal employees from a technical perspective. As an IT Support Technician, you would be working across both Windows and Mac OS assisting with hardware and software issues. With their being a government entity, documentation of best practices and efficient process will be provided as much as possible. The first two weeks would be a 7 AM EST to 3:30 PM EST schedule with slight variations in shift timing upon completion of the training program.
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr

Support Technician Experience from an Enterprise Environment
Comp TIA Certificate (A+, Network+, Security+)
Familiar with Active Directory
Valid State of FL Driver's License
Ability/Comfortability to work in an environment with armed LEOs
