Job Description

Working within the Technical Support Center, located in BSO's Administrative Headquarter building off of Broward Blvd, you will be joining a team that supports the approximately 6,000 internal employees from a technical perspective. As an IT Support Technician, you would be working across both Windows and Mac OS assisting with hardware and software issues. With their being a government entity, documentation of best practices and efficient process will be provided as much as possible. The expected start date is June 3rd, and the first two weeks would be a 7 AM EST to 3:30 PM EST schedule with slight variations in shift timing upon completion of the training program.

Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Support Technician Experience from an Enterprise Environment
Comp TIA Certificate (A+, Network+, Security+)
Familiar with Active Directory
Valid State of FL Driver's License
Ability/Comfortability to work in an environment with armed LEOs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hardware repair/troubleshooting experience
Great communication skills and phone presence
Quick-thinking, fast-learning individual
