Job Description
Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring changes do not disrupt current processes
Participate in testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with HRIS analysts and specialists as well as two sub-teams:
Tier 1 Support Team: Handles first-level tickets
Projects & Initiatives Team: Drives system enhancements and strategic initiatives
Interact with both teams as needed to resolve issues and implement improvements
Salary $110-115k

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Workday experience, specifically in HCM and Security
Proven ability to configure Workday, perform end-to-end testing, and support post-implementation activities
Experience with enhancing existing business processes in Workday
Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and role-based access
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Advanced Compensation
Prior involvement in Workday implementation projects
Workday Certifications in HCM, Security, or Advanced Compensation
