Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida



Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000



We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation within a law firm environment. Responsibilities:

Case Preparation and Research:

Conduct pre-claim investigations and initial case assessments.

Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.

File documents with both State and Federal Courts in Florida.

Manage pleadings, discovery, and research for large volume cases.

Administrative Support:

Calendar hearings, deadlines, and meetings.

Assist with trial preparations.

Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors.

Maintain attorney schedules and deadlines.

Discovery and Document Management:

Respond to extensive discovery requests.

Utilize e-discovery software as needed.

Organize exhibits, evidence, and briefs.

Prepare exhibit lists and privilege logs.



Other Duties:

Perform cite-checking and edit/revisions of legal documents.

Prepare for depositions and other discovery-related tasks.

Handle billable work as required.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal.

2. Knowledge of motions, evidence, court rules, and procedures.

3. Experience with Dialect

4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication.

6. Proficiency in legal software and databases.

7. Paralegal associates cert or relevant work
