Our client is looking for a Direct Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. This role will support and implement the client's direct mail campaigns within the lifecycle marketing ecosystem, working closely with their marketing, brand, and data analytics teams. This position is centered on crafting and optimizing print campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition through modeled prospecting, engaging previous website visitors with tailored retargeting, and nurturing repeat bookings to foster loyalty. With support from the Senior Manager and Director, you'll execute campaigns from concept to mailbox, coordinating with esteemed vendors/partners to ensure our visions come to life in print form. This involves writing clear, actionable briefs for our creative team, segmenting audiences with support from our IT/data team, approving impactful print designs, and dissecting campaign outcomes to steer future strategies. Their campaigns may weave together elements of multi-touch attribution and integrated reporting, utilizing email, SMS, social, or paid media to enrich their understanding and measurement of consumer engagement. However, the primary focus of this role is on implementing and quantifying the ROI of direct mail, ensuring our campaigns deliver incremental value to our Sailors and business alike.
