Business Innovation Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Business Innovation Analyst to join their Advanced Innovations Team. This individual will work directly with business leaders across the organization to identify opportunities where AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve business processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation. This is a highly visible, business-facing role with significant growth potential and exposure to senior leadership.
This is not a hands-on technical or development role. The ideal candidate understands technology concepts and AI use cases but is strong in business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, and executive communication.
This individual will be responsible for:
Meet with business leaders to understand challenges, pain points, and operational inefficiencies
Research AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions that could improve business outcomes
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Gather requirements and help define success metrics for innovation initiatives
Coordinate pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects
Track project progress, adoption, ROI, and business impact
Create executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to move initiatives forward
Help scale successful pilot programs into broader enterprise solutions

Local to South Florida and able to work onsite

Exposure to AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Copilot, or automation initiatives
Experience supporting digital transformation projects
Consulting background (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, etc.)
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as:







Workday
Oracle
Microsoft ecosystem
AI platforms such as Abacus AI
Construction, engineering, or corporate operations experience
