Source only in Chicago IL Denver CO. The candidate needs to be actively living in these core markets. This specific role has been deemed critical and is required to be fulfilled on site in a Bank of America facility.
This role is a core component of Identity and Access Managements Privileged Access Management IAM PAM. A person in this role will be part of a team of professionals that manage technologies and processes focused on protecting Bank of America against cyberthreats by monitoring detecting and preventing unauthorized privileged access to company resources. This job function is primarily focused on the data and information analysis aspects that are used to make decisions and gauge process effectiveness. The role will support PAM by providing timely accurate and dependable information to the team partners executives Board of Directors auditors regulators and intra- and extra-processes. The person will also be responsible for making repeatable and automated routines to support on-demand information requests.
At a high-level a person in this role can expect to
  • Create and maintain the logic used to collect consolidate and deploy reporting using a variety of technologies
  • Use technology savvy in finding creative ways to analyze information to fulfill information requests and find answers to questions not yet asked
  • Participate/drive efforts to automate information collection and dissemination
  • Engage with peers and cross-functional teams to derive tactical and strategic solutions
  • Defend decisions/positions with fact-backed information analytics

  • Must have experience participating in large or complex projects
  • Must be proficient in data management to include strong data analytical capability with advanced understanding of the collection and management of metadata

  • Must be proficient in MS Office with ability to quickly analyze and synthesize large volumes of data
  • Must Have strong data management and governance skills and experience 2 years
  • Must be able to identify analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.
  • Must be pro-active and be able to drive direction of work that needs to be completed ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight. Motivated and willing to learn.
  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
    Desired Skills:
  • Ability to manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes
  • Ability to create management level reporting using aggregated bank data
  • Candidate should be able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues
  • General knowledge of bank financial practices and policies
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environment
