Our Client is looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager that will be responsible for leading projects within OT and Industrial Automation within a global security team that secures and optimizes OT environments across their global environment. This person will be involved between engineering, IT security, and operational teams, this role drives the planning and execution of cybersecurity initiatives for industrial automation systems such as propulsion, navigation, power management, and safety controls. Responsibilities include defining project scope and success criteria, managing multi-phase implementations, conducting OT risk assessments, ensuring compliance with maritime cybersecurity standards and coordinating stakeholders across geographies. The position demands technical leadership to validate vendor solutions, integrate secure architectures, and deliver resilient OT systems while fostering innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• Over 9 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a high-level enterprise background leading Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Automation based projects within cybersecurity
• Full lifecycle experience of projects including planning, scope, schedule, budget – will manage and forecast budgets within enterprise level companies (GAAP/CapEx/OpEx)
• Must come from an enterprise background leading multiple agendas and managing multi-million dollar budgets – understand concepts of managing and owning projects and working with project development teams to deliver their pieces of capabilities
• Experience with Waterfall and primarily with Agile projects/programs
• Strong communicator, able to hold people accountable – will be giving executive presentations
o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency
• MUST HAVE great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives – hold people accountable to drive projects forward
• Must have PMP Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
