• Develop and enhance full stack applications (primarily net new development)
• Work across ADF pipelines and frontend applications (balanced workload)
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support and modernize homegrown contact center applications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and engineering teams
Operate within a hybrid Agile model (sprints + scheduled releases)

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong backend development in .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) (~50% of role)
• Frontend development (~50%) using Angular (latest versions) and React
• Experience building and supporting custom / homegrown applications
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies and globally distributed teams
• Experience operating in hybrid Agile environments (sprints + planned releases)
Strong focus on net new development vs. pure maintenance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting contact center platforms / applications
Background in cruise, travel, or hospitality industry
