Job Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape and maintain the product roadmap.
• Own the documentation and traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and clarify requirements for the development team.
• Partner with development leads to ensure technical PBIs align with business goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
• Conduct UAT and assist in stakeholder demos.
• Recommend improvements to requirement gathering and testing processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proven background in industries such as airlines, cruise lines, travel & leisure, or large eCommerce platforms.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Compliance, Security, Legal, ADA, Support).
• Ability to write clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria (ACs) aligned with business goals.
• Skilled in backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature demonstrations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to performance testing and test management.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA) and compliance frameworks.
