Job Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex IT contracts
• Manage MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, and change orders
• Partner with IT leadership, sourcing, legal, and vendor teams
• Ensure contracts align with business requirements and mitigate risk
• Support contract interpretation, compliance, and governance
• Maintain contract repository and lifecycle management processes
• Assist with vendor performance and contract-related issues
• Develop contract best practices and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10+ years of IT Contract Management experience
• Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing IT contracts
• Strong Managed Services contract experience (top priority)
• Experience with:
○ Managed Services Agreements (MSAs)
○ SOWs and SLAs
○ SaaS, software, hardware, and IT vendor contracts
• Experience partnering with IT leadership and cross-functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk)
• Experience managing contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and renewals
• Ability to explain key components of managed services agreements and vendor governance
Stable work history with consistent progression in contract management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Legal background or advanced degree
• Experience with CLM tools/document repositories
• Experience creating contract templates and standards
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Ariba, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise-level IT organizations
