Job Description

This role provides support to the Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation (MAST) team. The Executive and Business Operations Analyst will offer high-level executive support while also contributing to business analytics, reporting, change, and communication initiatives. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, travel logistics, and administrative functions, analyzing data, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights. The role also involves developing and implementing change management strategies, creating communication materials, and coordinating events such as ship visits. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at the C-Suite level.
Experience with change management and writing mass and individual communications.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Experience with scheduling tools like Outlook Calendar.
Experience with document management systems like SharePoint or OneDrive.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of programming languages (SQL).
Experience in coordinating with a global team across different time zones.
