Job Description
This role supports the day-to-day operations by ensuring accurate data management, licensing compliance, and seamless partner enablement across the licensing ecosystem. The individual is responsible for reconciling licensee sales data, interpreting licensing contracts, maintaining rights and metadata, and managing user access within the platform. On a daily basis, they collaborate with internal teams and external licensing partners to troubleshoot data discrepancies, support uploads and submissions, and deliver training and onboarding for new users. The role also leverages advanced Excel and reporting tools to produce dashboards and monthly management reports, while continuously driving process improvements, documenting workflows, and ensuring compliance across products, channels, and territories. Strong attention to detail, bilingual communication (Spanish/English), and a solid understanding of licensing operations are critical to success in this position.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
-2+ years of experience with data visualization, reporting, data verification
-Experience granting user access and managing clients/vendors
-Advanced Excell Skills, familiarity with Looker/Tableau or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Understanding of licensing business models or licensing contract interpretation
