Job Description
A media entertainment client is looking for an experience with Scrum Master / Agile Coach to help support frontend releases for their streaming application. They will be managing 2 teams, 13 developers on each team, specifically focused on IOS and Android applications. They must be a Scrum & Agile expert, leading the sprint planning, weekly scrum ceremonies, and GANT planning. They will be leveraging Jira and Confluence for planning, Google Sheets for GANT planning, and Slack for internal communication and tracking. They must be bilingual in both Spanish and English, as they will be communicating with both teams in the U.S. and in Columbia. They must work EST. Any certifications are a PLUS

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach managing frontend IOS and Android Mobile releases for streaming or media companies
Managing multiple scrum teams (managing 2 teams: 13 on each team)
Expertise within Frontend development releases
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets (GANT)

Agile Certifications (SAFE) (SCRUM certified)
