Required Skills & Experience
• (+) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience; full cycle AP from invoice to reconciliation, month end closing
○ High volume invoicing experience? over 800 per week
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.
○ Can you elaborate? Compliance, supporting documentation for auditors
• Experience with ERP systems for AP
○ Famous is the name of their system (+)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related software/tech Savy
○ Pivot tables, v look ups, formulas
• (+) come from food manifesting, competitors, big clients (Publix, for example)
