Job Description
Daily Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Senior Level Scrum Master/Project Manager with excellent communication, vendor management, and application/software implementation experience. Start date would be ASAP. This SM/PM will be responsible for the direction, planning, execution, controlling and completion of large and complex projects ensuring compliance with the companys project methodologies, standards, processes, commitments and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects that involve multiple vendors, departments and complex integrations
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and manage full-scale project plans including external integrations and dependencies
Define, lead and coordinate project teams
Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
Manage project budgets including monthly forecasting and accrual tracking
Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
Manage project changes to achieve project goals
Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
Escalation of concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, as applicable
Participate in project quality audits
Facilitate development of Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services, as applicable
Demonstrate leadership and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years experience in IT project management (App Dev/SDLC Projects)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience as a Scrum Lead (running daily stand-ups)
HEAVY experience managing and projecting project financials
Experience working at one or multiple enterprise level clients with large project spend
Past experience working within a product integration team/ leading a product team
Experience with Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow OR Jira, Confluence
Experience working/managing 3rd party vendors (allocating resources, assessing risk, and maintaining budgets)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Active CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
