D2D:
FSO Compliance Manager will hold responsibilities ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Managing security clearances, conducting security training, overseeing classified contracts, and implementing facility security measures.
Develop and implement compliance programs and participate in conducting audits.
Follow protocol to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Provide training to employees on compliance issues and new policies.
Investigate potential internal violations and taking corrective measures.
Oversee regulatory compliance reporting and assessing the effectiveness of controls.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure they follow guidelines for new products and services.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience as a Compliance Manager in a manufacturing setting.
Former or current experience as Facility Security Officer (FSO) required.
ITAR/EAR exports experience.
Experience in export/trade compliance and control processes.
Facility Access/Visitor Management experience.
Experience with internal and external compliance audits.
Compliance analysis, process improvement, risk management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior security clearance would be a huge plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
