Job Description
In this role, the Business Analyst will lead the migration of 61 existing Tableau workbooks to Power BI, serving as a key point of contact throughout the transition. Day to day, the analyst will review and analyze current Tableau dashboards and reports to understand business logic, metrics, and reporting needs. They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document both business and technical requirements tied to existing Tableau assets, ensuring those requirements are accurately aligned with Power BI capabilities. The role involves capturing, tracking, and managing changes across the migration lifecycle while maintaining clear, thorough documentation. In addition, the analyst will support the execution and delivery of migration-related tasks by collaborating with technical teams and providing ongoing communication, updates, and issue resolution with both business and technical stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst Role.
Experience gathering requirements.
Strong experience managing data.
Strong experience capturing changes and tracking through execution.
Strong experience with dashboards and reporting.
Tableau and/or Power Bi knowledge.
