Lead Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive daily stand-ups and syncs across internal teams (product, engineering, design) and external vendors to ensure alignment on Adobe platform migration milestones.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and present project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to SVPs and senior leadership; maintain clear, confident communication and decision-making support.
Project Planning & Tracking
Use Jira, Confluence, and Asana to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; ensure tasks are progressing on schedule and blockers are addressed promptly.
Budget Oversight & Reporting
Monitor project budget using Excel, track actuals vs. forecast, and provide regular financial updates to leadership; flag any variances or risks early.
Vendor & Integration Management
Act as the primary liaison with the Adobe implementation vendor and internal integration teams; ensure technical requirements are met and the transition from Sitecore to Adobe is seamless across web and mobile platforms.
Pay Rate: $60-70/hour

5-10 years of experience with a proven track record leading complex digital initiatives; must be confident engaging with SVPs and managing external vendors independently.
Adobe Implementation Expertise required - experience overseeing migrations from Sitecore to Adobe-based platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and coordinating with integration teams.
Project Management Tools Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
Strong Excel skills to manage and track project budgets effectively.
Digital Platform Knowledge across web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of Adobes digital ecosystem and vendor collaboration.
