Job Description
Act as the go-to Microsoft expert across both on-prem and cloud environments.
Provide strategic guidance and support — this is not a deeply hands-on role, but rather focused on subject matter expertise.
Support ongoing cloud migration efforts while maintaining and advising on legacy on-prem infrastructure.
Offer expert-level guidance across the full Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Play a key role in a major IAM modernization project, including revamping the AD infrastructure.
Provide input and support for Zero Trust architecture and security strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support anything Microsoft-related — from infrastructure to identity to compliance.
Hourly Rate: $55-65

Required Skills & Experience
4–7+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud architecture, or Microsoft infrastructure roles.
Strong on-prem Active Directory (AD) experience including design, troubleshooting, and hybrid integration.
Microsoft Purview and Defender experience.
Experience with any scripting language (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Understanding of cloud migration strategies and tools like Quest (BitTitan is a plus).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Broad security knowledge or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
Microsoft certifications — especially in cloud technologies (e.g., AZ-104, MS-100, MS-500).
