Job Description
• Lead the full marketing function, acting as the strategic driver while the new CEO ramps up
• Provide high-level leadership to a 5–6 person team; coach, develop, and ensure alignment to key priorities
• Own CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty club strategy, driving customer retention and engagement
• Partner with agencies to oversee paid media campaigns on Google + Meta, aligning budgets, creative, and reporting
• Manage third‑party commerce platform strategy (Instacart, DoorDash), ensuring strong performance, analytics, and promotional alignment
• Oversee social media tooling and analytics, ensuring performance reporting and optimization
• Monitor website performance, leveraging tools to drive traffic, improve conversion, and support brand goals
• Serve as the core marketing leader during a period of transition — keeping operations stable, prioritized, and strategically aligned

Required Skills & Experience
• CRM, Lifecycle, and Loyalty Club strategic leadership, including direct ownership of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle journeys, and loyalty program marketing
• Marketing leadership experience, ideally at the Director level, with oversight of a 5–6 person onsite team
• Paid media oversight across Google and Meta, including coordination with agencies, performance evaluation, spend guidance, and creative/testing direction
• Third‑party commerce platform management (Instacart, DoorDash), covering tooling, analytics, promotions, and performance
• Social media tooling + analytics expertise, including social listening and content performance reporting
• Website performance + traffic-driving tools, with understanding of SEO, web analytics, conversion metrics, and optimization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting leadership transitions (new CEO onboarding environment)
• Multi-channel, high-growth or consumer brand experience
• Experience with loyalty program evolution or repositioning
• Familiarity with agency management best practices
• Background working closely with product, creative, or e‑commerce teams
