We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven professional with prior sales experience who is confident with computers, AI tools, and modern software to join our team. This role prioritizes strong sales ability while incorporating light administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, comfortable with computer software programs, and ready to help support both internal operations and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize company records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems; support financial tracking and reporting when needed.
• Assist with preparations of financial or client-related documents.
• Communicate professionally by email, phone, and in person with clients, vendors, and internal team.
• Respond to client inquiries, support follow-up communications.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), databases, or other business software.
• Comfortable using technology — computers, email, data entry, and other digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivation to contribute both administratively and on the sales side; willing to learn, take initiative, and engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
• Reliable transportation / ability to commute to the office daily (in-person role in Coral Springs, FL).
• Candidates will be required to complete a personality assessment and a skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Being Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus not a requirement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business software.
• Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail in financial tracking and reporting.
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
