Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for leading the strategic growth, retention, and expansion of high-value client accounts within a defined vertical. This role serves as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships by understanding client goals, delivering insights, and driving long-term partnership success. The KAM develops and executes account growth plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue across the product suite. Success in this role requires close collaboration with internal teams to support onboarding, optimize performance, resolve challenges, and influence product enhancements based on client needs. Additionally, the KAM leads client trainings and quarterly business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations and strategic roadmaps to ensure ongoing value and account health.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, client services, or digital advertising within media, advertising, marketing, ad tech, or SaaS organizations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the media/advertising industry
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
