Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can think strategically, work autonomously, communicate effectively across disciplines, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables. This candidate will play a critical role in delivering process and data-drive insights for the Mortgage Servicing Rights division of our client. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, SMEs, and the Data Analytics and Business Technology Delivery team. The Sr. BA will be responsible for capturing current state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining clear and actionable future state requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of SQL
• Proficient with Word, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience working with and supporting data teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge in the mortgage, banking or financial services space
• Member of IIBA
