A client is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager/ RTE to join their growing team. This role is about 70% focused on project/ program delivery and exexution and will require about 30% Release Train Engineer responsibilities such as Big Room Planning and Train level reporting. This individual will be responsible for the management and execution of value streams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. They will foster Lean-Agile principles and help balance lean-agile execution and program management activities to deliver solutions more effectively. There will be a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication, big room planning, and financial management (Capex Vs. Opex). You will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the vision, roadmap, and releases. Responsibilities include coordinating release planning, facilitating key project events, and summarizing objectives for strategic alignment with executives. You will manage risks and dependencies, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and optimize project practices. As a leader, you will empower teams, provide coaching, and contribute to strategic planning by offering guidance on options, risks, costs, and impacts.

10-15+ years experience in project/ program management in enterprise environments, leading large scale Agile programs
Experience with Release Train Engineer responsibilities such as: Leading Big Room Planning, Tech Summits, facilitating Agile planning sessions and Train level reporting
Significant experience managing delivery using Agile best practices - SAFe/ multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, AzureDevOps)
At least ONE relevant Advanced Agile certification: Scaled Agile Framework Certification (SAFe)- SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification, or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Strong experience managing and reporting on project financials:
Strong understanding of CapEx vs Opex and Depreciation
Proven experience building budgets and creating resource plans
Experience creating monthly financial forecasts, reconciliation reports and ability to explain variance Highlighting data analysis skills
Proven ability to lead multiple, complicated, cross team and customer, transformational technology delivery initiatives in a dynamic, high visibility, complex business environment. Needs to be able to maintain strategic vision and value delivery while simultaneously roll up the sleeves and effectively manage project details.
Experience measuring team delivery, maturity, and performance and creating reporting metrics and dashboards that illustrate the flow of value
