Job Description

• Manage mortgage finance and servicing projects from initiation through delivery
• Act as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and clear communication
• Oversee third‑party SaaS implementations and drive projects through governance tollgates
• Partner with finance teams on reconciliation, treasury, and process improvement initiatives
• Help business stakeholders define requirements and move projects forward in ambiguous situations
Support data and AI initiatives focused on centralizing and leveraging mortgage servicing data

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Mortgage industry experience required, with strong preference for MSR (Mortgage Servicing Rights) background
• Experience managing mortgage finance projects, including transaction and collateral management
• Ability to work with IT teams and translate technical concepts into business language
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
Experience managing projects through a standard PM lifecycle

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• AI exposure or interest, especially related to data, analytics, or unstructured information
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred, any cloud acceptable)
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheets, or similar tools
Finance systems experience (e.g., BlackLine, treasury, reconciliations)
