Insight Global is seeking an experienced Infusion Integration / Digital Hospital Consultant to support the largest health system in South Florida's ongoing Epic implementation. This consultant will play a key role in infusion pump integrations, smart device connectivity, interoperability, testing, implementation support, and optimization activities as Baptist Health prepares for its July 2027 Epic Go-Live. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical technology and integration experience and partner closely with nursing, pharmacy, clinical engineering, infrastructure teams, and vendors.

• Interface troubleshooting experience
• Device workflow design and optimization
• Testing, implementation, and production support experience
• Experience collaborating with nursing, pharmacy, clinical engineering/biomedical, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, interfaces, networking, and clinical workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Large healthcare system experience
• Enterprise-wide technology deployment experience
• Experience supporting large-scale integration initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Previous consulting experience within a health system
