Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Epic Revenue Cycle Billing Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across the Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Claims workstreams during our Epic implementation. This individual will partner closely with the existing Revenue Cycle Billing Manager to provide leadership, mentor the team, and help drive successful execution across the Revenue Cycle Billing applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels, providing guidance to the team while helping resolve complex issues and maintain project momentum.

Required Skills & Experience
• Have extensive Epic Revenue Cycle implementation experience across HB, PB, and Claims
• Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Effectively facilitate complex stakeholder discussions and build consensus across operational and technical teams
• Provide Epic foundation and best practice recommendations while balancing organizational priorities
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address implementation challenges
Support project planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and overall delivery across the Revenue Cycle Billing workstreams
