Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Project Manager to lead infrastructure workstreams supporting a large-scale Epic implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of core technical infrastructure required to support Epic, including server environments, network readiness, end-user device strategy, data center coordination, identity/access dependencies, and overall technical deployment planning. The PM will partner closely with infrastructure, security, networking, desktop, application, and Epic teams to ensure all foundational components are in place ahead of integrated testing, training, and go-live. Candidates must have experience managing complex Epic implementation projects with a strong focus on technical infrastructure and cross-functional dependency management. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to drive alignment across technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Epic implementations
• Strong experience managing infrastructure workstreams for large-scale system deployments
• Experience coordinating across server, network, desktop/support, security, and application teams
• Strong understanding of infrastructure readiness requirements for Epic implementation and go-live support
• Experience managing complex project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables
• Ability to partner with technical teams and leadership to ensure infrastructure milestones are met
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a complex, high-visibility environment
• Coordination on the client side, including Windows 11 upgrades, application updates, stakeholder sign-off, and transition from Ricoh to HP printer infrastructure
Experience with hardware power assessments and consolidation of Citrix VDI into a standardized Workspace environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience supporting Epic go-lives or other large-scale EMR/EHR implementations
• Familiarity with data center, cloud, server, storage, virtualization, and network environments
• Experience managing infrastructure readiness for integrated testing, training, cutover, and go-live
• Familiarity with identity/access management, endpoint deployment, and technical support models
Experience working with third-party vendors or implementation partners during major system rollouts
