Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Epic Cogito Manager for a large healthcare system undergoing an enterprise-wide Epic implementation. This individual will provide leadership and support to the organization's existing Cogito team and manager as they prepare for a major Epic go-live in 2027. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Cogito teams, leading analytics strategy, and supporting Epic implementations within complex healthcare environments.
This person will serve as a mentor and leader for analysts and reporting resources while helping establish best practices, governance processes, and reporting standards across the Epic Cogito suite. They will partner closely with operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders to ensure analytics and reporting initiatives align with implementation goals and organizational priorities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous Epic Cogito management experience
- Strong leadership and team mentoring experience
- Experience supporting Epic implementations within large healthcare organizations
- Deep understanding of Epic Cogito reporting and analytics tools
- Ability to work remotely with travel X2 to Miami
- Partner with the current Cogito Manager to scale team operations and implementation readiness efforts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience leading Cogito or analytics teams through an end-to-end Epic implementation
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Caboodle, and Clarity
- Background establishing reporting governance and analytics best practices
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional healthcare teams
