Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Media Fulfillment with proven experience in leadership and excellent communication skills. This role involves overseeing media fulfillment, media buying, leading a multi-disciplinary team, and affiliate management programs. The ideal candidate will manage company and client priorities, large budgets, and team performance, while leveraging their expertise in the adtech ecosystem, traffic sources, advertising operations, and media buying. This role will pay between $150,000-175,000

Required Skills & Experience

· At least 10+ years overall business experience, in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies

· Proven track record motivating and managing digital marketing teams

· Deep understanding of adtech, digital media, and nuances of media buying

· Proven experience in steering the strategic direction of a division, managing budgets, and producing business reports, documenting requirements and specifications

· Ability to provide direction and leadership to foster a team environment, even in a climate of significant organizational growth and cultural change

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills: educate, inspire, influence, listen

· Experience with consumer-facing web apps and adtech
