Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in vertical construction for large-scale projects ranging from $20M to $50M. The goal of this assignment is to provide oversight on various construction projects with differing scopes, complexities, budgets, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in vertical construction (not horizontal or underground work).
Expertise in fire suppression, electrical, HVAC, life safety systems, and retrofits.
Experience with public-facing facilities such as office, medical, aviation, and healthcare.
Strong understanding of civil and engineering principles for vertical builds.
Proven ability to manage $20M–$50M projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

GC License (General Contractor).
PMP or PMI Certification.
Prior experience with government-related projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with design-build processes and working within existing spaces.
Experience with governmental functions and emergency response planning.
Ability to manage owner-side responsibilities beyond traditional construction management
