Vertical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in vertical construction for large-scale projects ranging from $20M to $50M. This role is owner-side project management, overseeing design, construction, and hand-off to facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex vertical builds, particularly in public-facing, governmental, and safety-critical environments.

· Extensive experience in vertical construction (not horizontal or underground work).
· Expertise in fire suppression, electrical, HVAC, life safety systems, and retrofits.
· Experience with public-facing facilities such as office, medical, aviation, and healthcare.
· Strong understanding of civil and engineering principles for vertical builds.
Proven ability to manage $20M–$50M projects.

· GC License (General Contractor).
· PMP or PMI Certification.
· Prior experience with government-related projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with design-build processes and working within existing spaces.
· Experience with governmental functions and emergency response planning.
Ability to manage owner-side responsibilities beyond traditional construction management
