A large and growing Sporting Goods Wholesaling company (swimming pool equipment, parts and supplies, and related outdoor living products, etc.) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team to work onsite in Clearwater, FL. This role will encompass software projects, documentation projects, process development and documentation, hardware projects, etc. Common responsibilities for this role include working cross-functionally with multiple departments, implementation planning and execution, budget management, resource management across multiple projects and teams, project and resource management working with other Project Managers, managing the relationship with different vendors, documentation of project meeting tasks, action items, and timelines, etc. To be successful in this role you must be assertive, able to pivot quickly and think on your feet based on what may arise that day/week, be extremely detail oriented, an incredible listener/note taker, business savvy, outgoing, and personable so that you can manage relationships throughout the organization and with vendors!

- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role (or similar role), specifically being part of project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, etc.
- Proven experience in people and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding planning, organization, and problem solving abilities
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams
- Creative and business focused clear thinker with good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be a strong, proactive team player
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to quickly respond to management and end user requests
