Job Description
A client in the Clearwater, FL area is looking for a reliable and skilled Commercial Plumber to join their team for a 6 month-contract-to-hire opportunity. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in patient care areas, labs, kitchens, and bathrooms throughout a 1.3 million sq foot hospital system. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with valves, traps, pipes, water heaters, and emergency showers. Lastly, they’ll collaborate with maintenance technicians and other trades to ensure facility readiness.
Additional Duties:
- Supporting work orders through ticketing system
- Sewer/Drain clogs
- Utilizing K60 machine
- Leak repairs
- Rounding/Walk throughs throughout facilities

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 5 years of Commercial Plumbing experience
• Valid Driver's License and Highschool Diploma
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Medical Gas certified (Client will pay for this certification)
• 2-3 years of Hospital Plumbing Experience
• Journeyman license
