Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Bookkeeper for a client in Clearwater, Fl. This person should be comfortable juggling daily financial tracking and helping maintain tight control over inventory and operations. This position requires a strong understanding of basic corporate accounting principles.
Bookkeeping & Financial Admin:
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date books in QuickBooks Online
· Create and send customer invoices
· Track and record accounts receivable and payable
· Log daily sales, purchases, and inventory-related expenses
· Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly
· Manage payroll, either directly or via payroll provider
· Prepare month-end financials and reports for CPA
Inventory Tracking & Coordination:
· Record incoming inventory (purchases, consignments, trades) with SKU-level detail
· Log outgoing inventory (sales, returns, bundles, etc.)
· Oversee periodic inventory counts and notify when levels are low or need review
· Assist in the development of inventory management processes and procedures.
· Help develop or follow an inventory categorization system
Track cost basis vs. sale price for each item to support gross margin visibility
Compensation:
$40,000 to $60,000 per year annual salary.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience working as a Bookkeeper
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel
Knows how to track vendor payments, customer balances, and handle net terms/AP cycles
Comfortable maintaining financial organization independently with limited oversight
