Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to lead the Company’s HR Program, including performance management, employee relations, benefits management, compliance with employment laws and regulations, talent acquisition, and personnel development.
The HR Manager is a key leadership role where you will directly impact workforce performance, employee engagement and be a partner in achieving our business growth objectives. This position will report directly to the President & CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible HR roles in an industrial environment.
- A strong background in employee relations, recruiting and compliance.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Good data -based decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- A strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes, reporting requirements, and compliance with employment laws.
- A hands-on, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be willing to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working for a manufacturing company
- PMP certification
