Job Description

Were seeking a highly skilled Filtration Sales Manager to drive growth in our filtration segment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technical textiles or filtration, who understands the mechanics of manufacturing environments and thrives in long-cycle, relationship-driven sales.
Youll manage a $45M territory with a goal of 10% annual growth, expanding our footprint within existing accounts and identifying new applications and divisions. Youll work closely with procurement, engineering, and R&D teams to initiate new filter development projects and promote our premium Nylon 66 fabric.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a $45M territory with a target of 10% annual revenue growth
Develop relationships beyond procurementengage engineering and R&D teams to drive new product initiatives
Identify and penetrate new divisions within existing accounts
Conduct technical sales calls, leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, and your network
Understand and communicate the value proposition of our high-performance, premium-priced product
Collaborate with internal teams including VP of Sales & Marketing and C-suite executives
Use Salesforce to track KPIs, meetings, and project progress
Schedule visits and travel to key customers, meet new prospects, and participate in appropriate industry events

Required Skills & Experience

57+ years in technical sales within filtration, technical textiles, or related manufacturing environments
Engineering, technology, or technical applications background (degree preferred)
Experience selling intermediate products that integrate with other materials (e.g., fiber, cellulose, glass)
Enthusiastic, high initiative self-starter with excellent time and budget management skills
Located in the Midwest or Eastern US near a major airport
