Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license and extensive experience in roadways, capital improvement projects, utilities, and bridge construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee the design, planning, and execution of roadway, utility, and bridge projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to provide project updates and address any concerns.
