Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within an administrative capacity.

-Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
-Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
-Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
-Perform general clerical duties including mail sorting, data entry, and document preparation.
-Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services.

Required Skills & Experience

-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
-1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
