Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and teachable Desktop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, a solid background in troubleshooting and fixing PCs (and possibly Macs), and experience with printer mappings and network support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktop computers, including troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues.
• Assist with printer mappings and ensure printers are properly connected and functioning.
• Support network-related issues and ensure smooth connectivity for all users.
• Communicate effectively with team members and end-users, providing clear and concise instructions and updates.
• Present technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical users.
• Be available for occasional weekend and after-hours work as required.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of experience with proven experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting and fixing PCs (experience with Macs is a plus).
• Strong understanding of printer mappings and network support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
