Job Description
• Lead implementation for the VMS project for service-related software applications
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Operations, Procurement, Finance) to align project objectives
• Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements
• Facilitate easy reporting capabilities for the internal team
• Act as the primary point of contact between vendor, procurement, Operations, and HR internal teams
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure a successful vendor and project outcomes
• Ensure vendor activities comply with company policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards
• Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, including operational and financial exposure
• Maintain accurate vendor training documentation, knowledge transfer to a Super User, and audit trails

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management and/or IT project management
- Experience with Workday VNDLY VMS technology
• Proven track record of managing software application projects from initiation to delivery
• Strong contract vendor performance management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes, SLAs, and compliance standards
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Project, Jira, Asana)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
• Understanding of IT systems, service delivery models, and application lifecycles
