Job Description

The Senior Director of Performance Marketing is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for driving scalable growth across paid and organic digital channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts while collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, Creative, and Finance. The position involves managing a high-performing team, optimizing campaign performance through data-driven analysis, and continuously improving marketing efficiency and ROI. The director oversees a wide range of marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, affiliate programs, social media, email/SMS campaigns, and event sponsorships. Success in this role requires innovation, ownership of the full customer acquisition funnel, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes and budget adherence. This position will pay between $115,000-125,000/yr and is fully remote on EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns
- A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role
- Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager et
- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- Experience with SMS, email, affiliate, and SEO marketing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with subscription products, LTV and multi-touch attribution a plus
